Your Student ID Card Is Important . Without an ID we don’t know who you are!

Lost or stolen ID Cards can be replaced . Should this happen to you… You must have your ID card replaced in the Student Services Department located here in the Union. In the event Student Services is not open, you will be given a temporary meal pass (provided you have an ID or Class Schedule with your Student ID Number visable) equivalent to no more than 3 days in the event you lose it over the weekend, during which time you are expected to get you rID replaced at Student Services once the office is open. Once you report you ID Card lost it will be deactivated. Do not let another student or friend use your ID Card. If someone tries to use your card it will be confiscated and reported to Security. You will not be allowed into the Dining Room once your temp meal pass has expired unless you replace it with a ID Card. If you lose your temp meal pass you must pay for your meals by cash or check until the Student Services Office is open. You must always carry a photo ID with you. It is your responsibility to prove that you are on the meal plan and/or a member of the William Penn Campus Community. The safety and well being of our students is a priority.

  • Please place your tray on the tray-return belt and discard all disposable items when you have finished eating.
  • Please refrain from leaving the dining facilities with dishes or utensils.
  • Remember that meal plans are non-transferable and can only be used by the purchaser.
